ECH Dance Team Selected
danceThe ECH Dance Team performs at the Dancing with the Horry County Stars competition.  This year's dance team was selected after two days of practice and a day of auditions to perform a hip hop routine as part of the entertainment for this year's event.  Hip hop instructor, Josh Romero, will work with Matya Wooden, Jessie Terpening, Reanne Wolffe, Laura Gilbert, Colby Catsoulis, Megan Doutt, Katherine Dwulet, Dionne Romanski, Jordan Magyar, Chelsea Osborn, Deantre Campbell, and Sarah Lenwai.  The Stars competition is Saturday, November 19th.

ECH Students Participate in Beach Sweep 2011
BeachSweepStudents from Mrs. Carter's Biology classes joined together with other community volunteers across Horry County to clean the waterways on Saturday, Sept. 17.  Fifteen biology students along with several parents, brothers and sisters worked at Myrtle Beach State Park for the annual Beach Sweep. The group collected all sorts of garbage from cigarette butts and recyclables to clothing and personal items.  The students kept their data on special collection cards that the State Park puts into a database.  This helps the park rangers track trends in the amount and types of garbage so they can study the effects on the ecosystem here.

ECH Drop-off and Pick-up Location Changes
Due to construction of new facilities, the location for car rider drop-off/pick-up will be in the parking area between the Student Services Bldg. 1100 and buildings 500 and 600 on the front side of the campus. Review the map for locations.  Map of area
